  • We advertise our properties using very specialized and effective marketing techniques and schedule showings with prospective tenants.
  • We perform credit and background checks and obtain a national eviction record check on all applicants. We also obtain rental references, if applicable.
  • We handle the collection of monthly rent and disbursement of rental proceeds to owners, directly depositing rental proceeds into the owners' bank accounts.
  • We handle all maintenance calls and coordinate any necessary work with tenants and contractors.
  • We conduct periodic walk-throughs of the property at the owner's request, as well as a detailed home report upon tenant transitions.
  • Security deposits are held in an FDIC-insured bank and handled according to the standards set forth by the South Carolina Landlord-Tenant Act.
